We faced elevated error rate in API for the following 2-3 minute intervals
- 4:25 PM to 4:30 PM PT
- 6:24 PM to 6:27 PM PT
- 10:10 PM to 10:12 PM PT

We have identified and fixed an issue in a previously applied patch.
